DEFINITIONS
The Term "Photographs" means any and all photographic material supplied by any means by the photographer, prints, digital files, transparencies etc.

LIABILITY
The photographer cannot accept any liability for non-supply of photographs/pictures for whatever reason, It is the clients express responsibility to ensure all required permissions and clearances have been obtained/granted before any pictures are taken ensuring that no infringement of copyright or trademark occurs.

REJECTIONS
Any queries relating to photographs taken or invoice queries must be discussed immediately on receipt.

PAYMENT
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue or late invoices may be subject to an interest charge, this may be charged at 12%, a debt recovery fee may also be charged.

COPYRIGHT
The photographer (Sean Aidan) retains full Copyright for all images produced at all time, world-wide. (by employing the photographer the client is not purchasing the copyright to images unless agreed, the client is purchasing a licence to use the images in an agreed manner, the licence period is normally for 1 year, usage beyond this period may require re-licensing).

LICENCE
The client is licensed to use the photographs/pictures only for the purposes agreed. The licence becomes effective once the invoice is paid in full, pictures may not be used before payment without permission from the photographer. The licence is granted to the commissioning client and is not transferable. Permission to use the photographs/pictures outside of the licence terms may be subject to further agreement and fees. The client is authorised to publish photographs as agreed within the licence, the photographer retains the right to use the photographs in any manner at any time to promote, advertise or use as examples of his own work. Except for the purposes of production photographs may not be stored/retained in any form of electronic storage without written permission.

CANCELLATION
Bookings are deemed to be firm as of the date of confirmation, as charge may be made at 50% of the photography fee if a job is cancelled on or later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

(These terms and conditions are deemed to be applicable in English Law).

RATES for PR and EDITORIAL WORK only.
Corporate portraiture or assignment rates vary.
£90 minimum fee for up to one hour.
£45 per additional hour or part hour on site.
£250 Half Day Rate (4 hours)
£375 Day Rate (7 hours)
Mileage Rate charged at 50p per mile.
All rates may be subject to additional charges for materials and travel.
